Welcome to the Middle Tennessee Pinball League!

The Middle Tennessee Pinball League is a group of pinball enthusiasts in the Middle Tennessee area that meets regularly for friendly competitions.  If you're interested in possibly joining the league or just interested in pinball in general you're in the right place!  The league is free and open to the public.  Take a look at our calendar and feel free to come out to an event.

  • State of the Association - December 2014
A few quick news items for the league.

Our upcoming tournament schedule is set. Our next tournaments are on December 6th, January 3rd, and February 7th. We'll take March off as it conflicts with the Louisville Arcade Expo and tournament. Several of us made it up last year and it is well worth your time. Since it is the last PAPA circuit event several of the 'big names' were there to qualify. If you're curious to play in a larger tournament this is a great chance to see what it's all about.

Also, as mentioned before, the IFPA is now requiring all tournaments to be posted with 30 days notice to be eligible for scoring. This is the reason for our scheduling so far in advance. Additionally, they are changing the format for how IFPA points are assigned to a tournament. What this means is that our tournaments will not be worth as many IFPA points as they have been in the past. From talking to several of you, it seems we are happy with our current format and the points are not a concern. For now, the plan is to play the first few months of 2015 under the current rules (which are not at all what is linked above) and reevaluate later in the year. As always, if you have any questions or suggestions please email me or let's discuss it at one of our tournaments.

Also, since we are run more like a monthly tournament than a league, the IFPA suggested we label ourselves as the 'Middle Tennessee Pinball Association' on their calendar, which is what I have done. Thank goodness we didn't have t-shirts printed!

Thanks to all for another great year of pinball. It's truly a great community we have going on here, and I'm happy to be a part of it.

  • Upcoming League Schedule
Our next tournament will be on Saturday, December 6th at Game Galaxy Arcade in Antioch at 2:00 pm.

    Saturday, December 6th
    Saturday, January 3rd

The Louisville Arcade Expo (http://www.arcaderx.com/) is on the weekend of March 7th, so we may not have a tournament that month.
